- When ordering, please add the device serial number or unique hostname prefix to the [Add a note to your order] box locate in the Cart page prior to Checkout
- The Connect2MyDevice Gateway and Service are designed for remote diagnostic and ad-hoc connectivity, not continuous live streaming. There is a ‘Fair-use’ limit of up to 20GB data throughput per Gateway per month.
