Warranty Replacement Terms and Conditions
We honor the manufacturer product warranty on all products we sell and will make every effort to facilitate any issue, repair or replacement should any product failure arise.
As part of our IPX360 Authorized Channel Partner Program, certain non special order products within warranty coverage limitations are eligible for an Advanced Replacement Service (based on availability). To arrange for an advanced replacement, please complete and submit a Support Ticket Form
Upon authorization, IPX360 Solutions will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number with return instructions. Customers are required to issue a Purchase Order (PO, marked as “Advanced Replacement”) to IPX360 Solutions, covering the products to be shipped as replacement; this PO will be credited if returned goods are received and after inspection by our and/or manufacturer's service department.
Returned goods are to be shipped freight prepaid. IPX360 Solutions will cover return freight. Items delivered with COD charges or missing RMA numbers will be refused and returned to sender.
Customers that do not have credit terms with IPX360 Solutions will need to provide valid credit card information. IPX360 Solutions will pre-authorize the customer’s credit card for the total price of the advanced replacement. This amount will be charged if the returned goods are not received within 30 days, if the products are found fully functional or if they fail to meet the conditions of warranty (below).
If after inspection, any defect in the product or equipment were found to have been caused by misuse, neglect, accident, abuse, improper repair, alteration or modification by the Customer, the product is considered to be a Customer Induced Damage Unit (CID). Since the warranty has been voided by the Customer's actions, the Advanced Replacement Service cannot apply and the Customer's account charged the value of the replacement product shipped.
If a special order product is defective or fails in service, we will honor the manufacturer's warranty and do all we can to expedite service in accordance with that warranty. We will always do our best to provide prompt, courteous customer service -- during and after the expiration of the warranty.
As the warranty terms and conditions will vary from company to company, we invite you to communicate with our customer service group should you have any questions. IPX360 Solutions does not provide any additional warranty for any product sold other than to assist you in obtaining the benefit of the manufacturer's warranty.
