IPX360 Solutions Inc is committed to helping you resolve any technical issues you may encounter with any of our products purchased from one of our Authorized Distributors or Resellers.

Our simplest and quickest method of support is submitting an Online Support Request form (below). Each new support request is assigned a unique Ticket ID, allowing for simplified tracking of issues and progress. Follow-ups to your Support Ticket are provided through timely email notifications [a valid email address is required].

Most issues — including activation and installation problems — are typically resolved quickly, often the same day. In instances where product might be defective or has failed out in the field, we will assist you in arranging for a repair or exchange through your original place of purchase.

Your case is never closed. You can respond to any email without having to create an account or log in. Simply hit reply with the requested details or added info. Your email gets added to our queue and signals to us that you need more help. If you write to us, we’ll respond.
